The Day SPA offer ist available between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm and can only be booked by prior appointment:

✓ Morning: breakfast buffet (from 8-10 am)
✓ Saunas (infrared cabin, finnish sauna and bio sauna)
✓ Relaxation room
✓ GYM
✓ SPA-bag: sauna towel, bathrobe & cosy blanket for the duration of your stay
✓ Your BLOCK welcome gift: 1 bottle of 0.7l litre Adelholzener water, flip-flops, voucher for a glass of sparkling wine in the bar in the afternoon ;o)

The Day Spa is the ideal opportunity to have a look round and get to know us. You can switch off and relax here for a day from 10 am to 3 pm. We heartily invite our Day Spa guests to our popular breakfast brunch from 8.00 - 10.00 am.You are welcome to book treatments. The menu and direct contact details for our therapist can be downloaded from the Day Spa flyer below. Massages can only be used in addition to use of the day spa. To enjoy the day spa at the BLOCK Hotel & Living, a prior reservation is required. The day spa and treatments can be reserved easily by telephone. It is well worth being early, as places are in high demand.
